دواك تطبيق لطلب الأدوية من الصيدليات في العراق. لتأدية ذلك نجمع بيانات عنك، وبعضها بيانات صحية. هذه الصفحة تقول بالضبط ما نجمعه، ولماذا، ومن يراه، وكيف تُخرجه منّا.
لا يمنعك التطبيق من استعماله إن تركتها فارغة. وجودها يجعل تنبيهات التعارض الدوائي والجرعات أدقّ.
لا يُقرأ موقعك تلقائياً. يُقرأ حين تضغط زرّ تحديد الموقع، أو حين تختار نقطة على الخريطة. نستعمله لعرض أقرب الصيدليات ولتحديد عنوان التوصيل.
عند الدفع الإلكتروني يفتح التطبيق صفحة مزوّد الدفع نفسه — زين كاش أو سوبر كي — وتُدخل بياناتك هناك.
أرقام البطاقات ورموز التحقّق وبيانات المحفظة لا تمرّ بتطبيق دواك ولا بخوادمه في أيّ لحظة. ما يصلنا من المزوّد هو رقم العملية وحالتها والمبلغ. لا نستطيع رؤية بطاقتك ولو أردنا.
التطبيق يحوي مساعداً يجيب عن أسئلة دوائية ويقرأ الوصفات. يعمل عبر نماذج Google Gemini (ومزوّد OpenRouter كبديل عند الازدحام).
ما يُرسَل دائماً: اسمك ومدينتك ونصّ سؤالك. وصورة الوصفة أو الدواء حين تُصوّرها.
ما لا يُرسَل إلا بموافقتك: عمرك ووزنك وأمراضك المزمنة وحساسياتك وأدويتك. هذه لا تغادر جهازك ما لم تُفعّل الموافقة الطبية في الإعدادات، وتستطيع سحبها متى شئت.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. لا الآن ولا لاحقاً.
من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ثم أدخِل كلمة المرور.
يُحذف عندها:
لا يمكن التراجع. ونطلب كلمة المرور لأنّ الهاتف قد يكون بيد غيرك.
يبقى بعد الحذف سجلّ المعاملات المالية لدى مزوّد الدفع ولدى الصيدلية بالقدر الذي يفرضه القانون المحاسبي — وهو خارج سيطرتنا. ولا يحوي بياناتك الصحية.
وإن تعذّر عليك ذلك لأيّ سبب، راسلنا وننفّذه خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
دواك ليس موجّهاً لمن هم دون ١٦ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمنا بحساب لطفل، حذفناه. وإن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أنّ طفلك أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا.
إن تغيّرت، حدّثنا التاريخ أعلاه. وإن كان التغيير جوهرياً — بيانات جديدة نجمعها، أو طرف جديد نشاركه — أخبرناك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه.

Dawaak is a pharmacy ordering app operating in Iraq. Delivering medicine requires collecting information about you, some of it health data. This section states what we collect, why, who sees it, and how you remove it.
Electronic payment opens the provider's own page — ZainCash or QiCard — and you enter your details there. Card numbers, CVV codes and wallet credentials never pass through Dawaak or its servers at any point. We receive a transaction reference, a status and an amount.
Powered by Google Gemini, with OpenRouter as a fallback. Your name, city and question are always sent, along with any prescription or pill photograph you take. Your age, weight, chronic conditions, allergies and medicines are sent only if you switch on medical consent in Settings, and you can withdraw it at any time. The assistant is not a doctor or a pharmacist.
The pharmacy filling your order sees the order, your name, phone and address. The courier sees the address, phone and order number. Wholesalers see nothing about you — they deal with pharmacies, not customers. Google Firebase hosts the service. Payment providers see the amount, never your health data. OpenStreetMap serves map tiles.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.
Data is held on Google Cloud with access rules that stop any account reading another's, and cached on your device so the app works offline — where the health fields and chat messages are encrypted. Account and order data is kept while the account exists. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days.
You can view everything we hold inside the app, correct any field, withdraw consent for health data sharing, and delete your account.
Settings → Delete Account, then enter your password. This permanently removes your sign-in, your profile and all health data, your cabinet, reminders and chats, and the copy stored on your device. It cannot be undone. Financial records held by the payment provider and the pharmacy remain for the period accounting law requires; they contain no health data. If you cannot do this yourself, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
Dawaak is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of such an account we delete it.
